Dispatches:

By requesting and/or paying for our service(s), you agree to all conditions and terms listed on this page. If you do not agree, do not request our services.

All dispatches are binding contracts for work to be provided and are non-refundable once the driver has left and is en-route to the disablement location unless cancelled by us, or cancelled prior to dispatch.

Cancellations/GOA (Gone on arrival):

Quoted GOA rates are non-refundable and will apply once the driver has left and is en-route to the job location if the dispatch is not canceled prior to the driver leaving or marked as en-route. (There will be no refund if the job is cancelled within 15 minutes. Once the driver leaves and is en-route to the location, it applies. There is no 15-minute grace period and we do not agree to such terms.)

We require verbal and e-mail/fax notification of cancellations and any such cancellations must be made PRIOR to the driver leaving and being en-route to the disablement location, otherwise the cancellation/GOA rate applies.

Credit for GOA will ONLY be issued once a faxed or e-mailed GOA confirmation is received. If no confirmation is received, then the full quoted price applies.

Payments:

Payments are only processed once drivers are en-route and the job has started, at the rates stated and agreed upon at time of dispatch.

All jobs will require up-front payments in full or in the amount of the quoted GOA at minimum.

Vehicles will not be dropped/delivered until full payment is made.

Any “wait time” to receive full payment will be charged if the payment is not received in full within 15 minutes of the driver arriving at the drop location. Any time beyond 15 minutes will be added to the job at a rate of $150 per hour in 30-minute increments up to one hour, after one hour of waiting time for payment has elapsed and the job is still not paid for in full, the vehicle will then be towed to our storage facility, and any additional mileage, tolls, storage, or other incurred fees/charges will be added to the total cost of the service and become due before vehicle is released. We make every possible effort to receive payments up front, but if the total or a portion of is due at the time the driver arrives at the drop-off location, it must be received within 15 minutes, or the wait time applies. If you opt to withhold payment until the vehicle is delivered, you agree to these terms.
